How Custom Orders Work
1. Request your free quote.
Tell us what you want, include quantities, sizes, colors and exact wording, and upload your pictures or artwork. Complete the $0 checkout to send your request—no payment is due for the quote.
2. Check your email.
ITG Creations will follow up within 24 hours to review your idea, availability and pricing. Check your spam folder if you don’t see our reply.
3. Approve your quote and pay your deposit.
Custom orders require a 20% deposit. We’ll confirm payment arrangements and production timing after you approve your quote.
4. Let the creating begin!
Production begins after quote approval and receipt of the required deposit. Your completion date and pickup or shipping arrangements will be confirmed with you.
A quote request is not a production booking. Requested dates are subject to availability. Last-minute orders incur a $10 rush fee.
