Our current Turn Around Time is 5-7business days- however most orders ship out within 3 business days.

Refunds are not allowed on custom items. 

Ordering Policy

All orders must be placed through our website. Orders sent through Messenger or social media DMs will be redirected to the website and will not be processed through messages. You may continue to ask questions through Messenger.

Last-Minute Orders

Last-minute orders are subject to a $10 rush fee. This fee applies to orders requiring expedited turnaround.

Custom Order Confirmation

All custom orders require follow-up and confirmation within 24 hours. Failure to confirm within this timeframe may result in delays or cancellation.

Custom Order Deposit

All custom orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit before design or production begins.

Shipping Disclaimer

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for late, lost, or stolen packages. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.
